Key Contacts

This section outlines your available points of contact while in the program.

Teaching Fellows

Teaching Fellows (TFs) are assigned to each course and should be contacted for content-related questions. TFs join live sessions each week to support faculty and also hold weekly office hours. TF names and contact methods will be shared with students at the start of each course via the Digital Campus or Slack.

Online Campus Technical Support

Online Campus Support is available 24/7 to assist with troubleshooting issues that arise on your Digital Campus. Always report any issues to this team, even if teaching or administrative staff are already aware. Technical support is available 24/7 via phone at 1-855-487-3502 or via Live Chat on the Digital Campus.

Other Technical Support

Student Success

Your Student Success Advisor is your primary point of contact during enrollment for general needs, registration and billing support, and academic advising. While your assigned advisor may change during the course of your enrollment, the quality of service provided will be consistent.

The Student Success Office is open weekdays 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET, although specific Student Success Advisors may be available outside of this timeline to accommodate the needs of our global student population. Expected turnaround phone, email, and Slack contact is 48 business hours during regular business operations.

Accommodations

Visit the Academic Accommodations page for more information on the request process.

If you require academic or other accommodations due to a disability or medical condition, please contact our Accommodations Team at hbsonlineaccommodations@hbs.edu. To prepare for immersions, all such requests must be communicated at least two weeks prior to the immersion.

Third Party Requests for Student Information

If a third party (i.e. current or prospective employer, family member or spouse, background check company, prospective university, etc.) requests verification of your enrollment status, certificate of completion status, transcripts, or any other student record information, the program is required to obtain your consent per FERPA law.

Please email your assigned student success advisor or studentsupport@analytics.hbs.edu to request that your student information be released to the specific third party. Include the third party’s contact information and instructions for how your student information needs to be released to the third party.
