Digital Campus

Site: 2uciam.onelogin.com
Username format: personal email address

The Digital Campus, our online campus, is your learning management system. This is where you will complete coursework, attend live class meetings, and interact with our community. Your Digital Campus account is connected to your program email.

Set up Your Digital Campus Account

Your Digital Campus account is activated alongside your program email. Upon activation, the Digital Campus sent you a temporary password. Once you have located your temporary password, you can log in to Digital Campus using the username (firstname.lastname). Then, you can complete your Student Orientation course.

If you do not see this email in your Inbox or Spam folders, please select the “Forgot password?” button on the Digital Campus homepage and enter your program email. This will trigger a new temporary password to that account. Your temporary password is valid for 48 hours.

You will have access to Digital Campus for at least one year after completion of the program.

Once your Digital Campus is set up, feel free to watch this Digital Campus Training Video for further instructions:

Access to Slack Workspace

An activation email will be sent to your program email prior to Term 1. Once you activate your account, you will have access to a “view only” Announcement channel. You will be added to course channels and other private channels after you complete your term fee payment.

Mobile Campus App

You can download your Mobile Campus App from our technology partner, 2U Inc., via your Digital Campus home page (under Downloads). The Mobile Campus App uses the same username and password as your Digital Campus account.

For more information, you can reference the mobile app user guide. Be sure to review what you can and cannot do on the Mobile App, as well as saving work for mobile offline mode.

Payment Portal

Your payment portal is called My Dashboard or the HBS Online payment portal.

You will receive an activation message (Subject: “Activate Your Harvard Business Analytics Payment Portal”) when a registration period starts. This message will be sent to the email address you used to apply to the program.

Once you have activated your payment portal, you can log in at admin.myhbx.org.

You have completed your early account responsibilities if you have:

  • Accessed your program email
  • Accessed Digital Campus and completed student orientation

Welcome Call

In addition to answering any general questions, the purposes of the Welcome Call are:

  • Transitioning from working with your enrollment counselor and introducing you to your Student Success Advisor
  • Outlining Term 1 registration plan
  • Providing an overview of your onboarding to the program

This call should take 20–30 minutes to complete.

Schedule Your Welcome Call

Click on your Student Success Advisor’s link to schedule your Welcome Call:

Schedule welcome call with Nathan Simms

Schedule welcome call with Megan Wilking

Tip

Bookmark your Student Success Advisor’s appointment link from above, and take a minute to schedule a series of future calls with your advisor. This ensures your advisor will have time to meet your needs and help you leverage your experience in the program.

Past cohorts recommend booking brief monthly phone calls in advance with Student Success to clarify future course requirements, key information about the program, referrals to services and benefits, a strong feedback loop, and an advocate in the administration.

You are required to attend a faculty-led orientation taking place the week before the start of Term 1. You will receive email communication with the meeting details approximately two weeks before your first term starts.

This orientation is led by HBAP faculty co-chairs, Karim Lakhani and David Parkes. This orientation is hosted live via Zoom.

The orientation is an opportunity to discuss program aspects as well as to practice your case study analysis skills. To prepare for the orientation, you are asked to read a case study and complete an assignment. The case study and the related assignment and further instructions will be included in the email sent two weeks prior to starting Term 1.

For tips on utilizing Harvard’s case study method, see the Student Experience—Case Method section.
