Get More From Your Business Analytics Program

When you earn your certificate from the Harvard Business Analytics Program (HBAP), you’ll graduate with a better understanding of how to infuse data into your business strategies, informed by experts from three Harvard schools. The program only takes ten to 24 months to complete, but the skills you’ll learn and the network you’ll build will last throughout your career.

“When I invested in HBAP, I didn’t just invest in cutting-edge higher education, the Harvard brand, or the infinitely connected network. I invested in me, giving myself the best possible shot at doing meaningful work that will far outlive me. It is, bar none, the best investment of my life.

– Shonali Burke, HBAP ’21

Funding Your Program

While federal financial aid is not available for certificate programs, we encourage you to explore all funding options, including employer sponsorship and loans, to meet Harvard business analytics costs. Many organizations offer continuing education reimbursements or funding.

Pay-As-You-Go

Another option to pay for the Harvard Business Analytics Program is on a month-to-month basis (the “Pay-As-You-Go Model”). Under the Pay-As-You-Go Model, you pay every 30 days after your first payment is received during the term to participate in HBAP courses, seminars, and immersions. If you choose not to pay or fail to make a monthly payment, you will no longer be able to participate in the HBAP Program for the term, but you will not owe anything more for the term or be in default of any payment obligation

Employer Sponsorship

We’ve compiled two documents to assist you in requesting and securing support from your employer.

The first is a list of tips that may be helpful for you as you prepare for the meeting. The document reviews questions you should be able to answer, questions you should ask, and how to follow up. Download the Student Support Brochure.

The second document is for your employer. It outlines our program, fees, and the return on investment for your company. Download the Employer Support Brochure.

Our enrollment counselors can also help you determine the best way to approach requesting employer support.

Scholarships

The Harvard Business Analytics Program is offering medium- and high-need income-based scholarship opportunities to a limited number of eligible applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.

Apply by completing your Business Analytics Program application and answering the funding status question prior to the scholarship questions. You will need to provide your annual household income* and answer essay questions. This information will be used to assist in determining your need and eligibility. Every eligible applicant may not receive a scholarship because funds are limited. If you are also considering employer sponsorship, we recommend checking with your employer benefits team before applying to better understand if you have full or partial coverage.

You will receive notification of your scholarship award prior to the upcoming term. You will have a limited amount of time to utilize your scholarship; unused scholarship funds will be reallocated to another recipient.

Please note: percentage and/or amount of employer support is considered as well.

*Household income is the combined gross income of all members of a household.

“I knew that Harvard represents excellence in education. I knew that it would be challenging and rigorous, but at the same time rewarding and invigorating. It turned out to be all of the above and more.
